Samuel Adams IPA Hop-Ology

A celebration of hops, contains four 12-ounce bottles each of the following six beers: Latitude 48 IPA (an India pale ale), Third Voyage (a double IPA), Dark Depths (a Baltic IPA), Tasman Red (a red IPA), Whitewater IPA (a hybrid of an IPA and a wibier), and a brand-new beer called Grumpy Monk, a Belgian IPA.

The Samuel Adams brand began with Samuel Adams Boston Lager. The original recipe was developed in 1860 in St. Louis, Missouri by Louis Koch, who sold under the name Louis Koch Lager until Prohibition, and again until the early 1950s.
