Samuel Adams Double Agent IPL
( Boston, MA )

Sam Adams Double Agent IPL - Our fresh take on a boldly hoppy brew – an India Pale Lager (IPL) – with a burst of citrusy hop character with notes of grapefruit and orange and a hint of sweetness.

Brewing innovation is about asking “what if?” What if we gave an IPA a second identity and used some of our favorite West Coast hops, with their grapefruit, piney, and tropical fruit character, in a lager? The result is this boldly hoppy and flavorful brew with a crisp lager smoothness.

Samuel Adams
The Samuel Adams brand began with Samuel Adams Boston Lager. The original recipe was developed in 1860 in St. Louis, Missouri by Louis Koch, who sold under the name Louis Koch Lager until Prohibition, and again until the early 1950s.
