Flying Fish's Belgian Grand Cru Golden Winter Ale is a strong golden ale which showcases a variety of the ingredients and brewing methods that help differentiate Flying Fish beers. The Grand Cru is brewed with pilsner malt, augmented by a small amount of Belgian candi sugar, is hopped with Styrian Goldings, employs a sour mash, and is fermented with two yeast strains.Very lightly filtered, it exhibits complex mouthfeel, strong malt flavors, a spicy hop presence and a soothing alcohol warmth, followed by a clean, dry finish.
